- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
- Fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain the mozzarella balls.
- Thread one cherry tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball onto each skewer. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until reduced by half, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle with the cooled balsamic glaze.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
